He oversees managing our finished components and parts storage and getting them ready for assembly. The Modula vertical storage unit houses everything from nuts and bearings to our part processed gears for later use. With 48 shelves storing 500 kilos each, this allows us to efficiently organise and keep track of stock linked into our ERP system. In the video, you can see Gordon using the controller to look up the location of the parts and organising them based on the job order for the assembly team. It’s the hard work, dedication, and loyalty of our employees that truly keep us going and allow us to serve the best version of us and our products to our customers. The splined sliding clutch moves along the output shaft to engage or disengage with the driven bevel gear. 𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. Sensor clamps are used for fixing inductive proximity sensors and other types of limit switches onto translating screw jacks. We initially had them made of metal but quickly switched to a special plastic compound that can withstand high temperatures and pressures with better anti-corrosion properties. Recently, we started developing these sensor clamps in-house with our 3D printer using that same plastic compound.
