An interesting article from RICS about communal amenities boosting office value 💡 "For instance, health and well-being are more important now than ever before, and jobseekers consider both the cost and convenience of the health and well-being benefits potential employees offer. TRINOVA SECURES TWO MORE LEASES AT 33 KINGSWAY, STRONG LETTING MOMENTUM CONTINUES Trinova is delighted to announce the signing of two new leases at 33 Kingsway across the entirety of the 3rd Floor with Rice Search Partners Ltd. and Zanders (UK) Limited. Rice Search Partners Ltd., a global executive search boutique, will occupy c.3,700 sq ft whilst Zanders (UK) Limited, a leading global independent treasury and risk consulting firm, will occupy the remaining c.2,700 sq ft. Six months at reFIT®, what a journey! 🚀 From day one, it’s been all about bringing high-end wellness spaces to life, creating 3D visualisations and design concepts for unique spaces. A standout project has been transforming a Grade II listed bank basement into a cutting-edge workout space, transforming bank vaults into private workout pods to house a Hydrow rower and a Peloton bike. 🏦 🚴 I’ve also sharpened my skills in the following: 🎨 SketchUp & V-Ray - Creating and rendering high-quality 3D visuals. 📐 AutoCAD - Producing technical drawings and precise layouts. 🖌️ Photoshop - Refining visuals and enhancing presentations. reFIT®'s collaborative culture has made all the difference, from learning alongside a talented team, to some friendly competition at our Electric Shuffle Christmas party (proudly finishing 7th! 😆). A final highlight has been attending the 100 Wood Street launch, meeting occupiers and agents, and even being an extra in the promo videos - Les Mills International class completed ✅ Excited to see what the next 6 months has in store! ⏳
