Want to become a leader for Salford's swimming division to support all swimming teachers deliver school and private swimming lessons for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) ? We have an exciting position at Salford Community Leisure (SCL) for a Swimming Inclusion Officer who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced with supporting school and private organisations/personnel in regards to children and adults under SEND conditions who are learning and improving on how to swim. The officer will liaise with the lead swimming teachers about developing programmes for swimming participants, with health and safety as well as customer service to deliver for SEND swimmers. SCL's 'Aquatic' programme in line with Swim England will be delivered alongside the officer supporting the SCL's manager and assistants for SCL's public identity. To fulfil this roles application process, we're looking for experienced personnel in a sports and leisure capacity, as well as previous experience with children and adults containing SEND needs. The applicant also must work to deadlines, have good motivation skills, have good communication and IT skills as well as working on their own initiative, become a efficient member of the SCL team and it's behaviours.
