It was great to welcome founder of One of many Dr Joanna Martin to our London studio for a really engaging talk about the new paradigm of leadership as part of our week-long celebration of International Women’s Day. Joanna had us all thinking about our leadership styles and PowerTypes as she provided insight into the tools and mindset that can help us lead with impact, without sacrificing our wellbeing. A really useful session for both architects and non-architects alike. Similar topics will be explored as part of the upcoming ‘One Woman Conference’ on 10-11 May in London.
