🌟 Exciting News from CoTrain! 🌟 We’re thrilled to announce that Hugh “Huey” Hudson has joined Dandara Ltd as an apprentice, on Monday, 7th October. After ISG unfortunately went into administration, Huey faced an uncertain future, like many others. But thanks to a collaborative effort between CoTrain, Dandara, and Huey’s family, we’re excited to see him continue his journey towards becoming a qualified site manager. With two-thirds of his training already completed, he is now on track to finish by April 2025. A huge thanks to Mark Pope from CoTrain - Shared Apprenticeship Service and Liam Buckley from Dandara (a former CoTrain apprentice himself!) for working together to make this possible. Huey was the perfect fit for Dandara's project, and we’re proud to have played a part in his career development. To read more on this story, visit: https://buff.ly/3XWCvuJ. 🌟 SECBE at G4C London Launch Event 🌟 We’re thrilled to have attended the Generation for Change (G4C) event in London, sponsored by the London Constructing Excellence Club. G4C London, the voice of young professionals in the UK built environment, officially launched its London network on September 19th, providing a vibrant space for those new to the industry to connect, challenge, and help shape its future. This new network is a fantastic opportunity for young professionals to share ideas, gain visibility, and be at the forefront of innovation and best practices within the sector. A special highlight was the keynote from Dr Bola Abisogun OBE (Hon DUniv, Hon MBA), who delivered an insightful and thought-provoking talk on “The Future of Surveying and our Relationship with Digital Twins” — truly inspiring the next generation of leaders in our industry.
