Saturday 22nd February marked the launch of the eagerly anticipated Film Square, a modern collection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom shared ownership apartments in the heart of Walthamstow.   With 30% of homes already sold and all one bedroom apartments reserved or under application, we’re delighted with the success of our launch event.   Sales Manager Connor Smith shared his thoughts: "I'm incredibly proud of the team after a successful launch. This morning we hosted our Market Research Breakfast at The Ivy Collection with a small group of key clients, where we discussed our research, analysis and data from Q4 2024. Discussions focused on challenges in today's market, private sale popularity, Shared Ownership affordability and the customers perception and understanding of service charges. Thank you to our clients that attended, these open discussions on factors that are affecting us all in the industry prove invaluable and we look forward to hosting our next session at the end of Q1.

As we wrap up another positive year at SiteSales, we want to take a moment to thank our clients and colleagues for their continued support and partnership. 2024 has been a successful year for the business. We’ve welcomed some fantastic new talent, launched schemes in some of London’s most exciting areas and sold positively for our clients throughout the year.
