    We're excited to announce our new growth director Ramiz Abusham! ⛓️🎉 Ramiz brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously led growth and partnerships at Accenture Song. Previously, he held senior positions at the tree, iProspect, and PHD.     If you’ve never considered it before, making accessible content can seem daunting. But take it from RNIB’s social media officer Holly Tuke: it’s easier than you think. ✅   You might even be halfway there already. Including captions in your videos is standard practice on social because it makes them accessible to everyone, whether you’re hard of hearing or watching the video in a quiet setting with no headphones. 🎧  When posting on X, opt for threads over lengthy single posts. For one thing, this makes your content easier to read for screen reader users.     The IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) Bellwether report for Q2 is live, and with the summer of sport plus a change in government, all signs seem to point to a stable and optimistic remainder of 2024.
