Meet the Minds Behind Your Designs | Stephen Frizell Next up in our Meet the Minds series is Stephen Frizell, who joined our team in August as a Project Manager. With 8 years of industry experience, Stephen has worked across businesses in San Francisco, England, and Northern Ireland, contributing to a variety of large scale projects similar to those we are currently undertaking. Stephen’s experience and diverse background has already proven to be incredibly valuable to our team. He has quickly settled into his role and we’re excited to have his expertise guiding our work and look forward to the continued success of the projects he’s overseeing!

Celebrating Client Feedback | A Testament to Teamwork One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when a client takes the time to share positive feedback about their experience working with us. We recently received excellent feedback on a project we’re currently working on and near practical completion with first time clients. The journey has been fantastic, and we’re delighted with the strong relationship we’ve built throughout! We understand that at times everyone’s role is demanding, and in the midst of our busy work, it’s easy to forget to pause and reflect on the great things we’re achieving. We are immensely proud of our team and appreciative of their hard work. We’re also grateful to our clients for taking the time to highlight the positive aspects of our collaboration.

Visiting #SpecialityGroup factory was an inspiring experience. It's clear that quality and precision are at the heart of their work. I am also amazed by their level of commitment to promote localism by supporting apprenticeship to the young. Also, it was good to see the work-in-progress joinery coming along nicely!

We will soon announce the date for our Apprenticeship Open Evening, offering opportunities to be part of our 2025 Academy intake.

Specialist Get Fit | Prioritising the Health & Wellbeing of Our Team In January, we launched 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐭 to inspire employees of all fitness levels to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. Led by personal trainer Ronan Hampson, featuring his ‘Wellness in the Workplace' programme. The first 8 week block began with a Couch to 5K, tailored to suit all abilities. Ronan also introduced circuit training and HIIT classes for those looking to push their limits, along with personalised nutrition guidance to support individual goals. Due to the success of the initial 8 weeks and the dedication shown by participants, we’re pleased to launch a new 8 week block. As part of our ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of our team and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, we see this programme as a key investment in our collective success. It’s great to see our team come together, gain confidence, and continue their journey towards a healthier lifestyle!

Inspire Change | Our Environmental Excellence Strategy Specialist Group has been heated using renewable energy sources for many years now. We’ve also had a zero-waste policy in place since 2021.
