Sterling alongside our JV Partner SG Rocks Doron Lavi Segelson Chen Buber are thrilled to have achieved planning permission for our proposed scheme of 10-16 Bevis Marks, London EC3. The permission granted includes a change of use from offices to C1 that will offer 24 generous serviced apartments within the City of London Borough. In addition, this incorporates the re-positioning of the existing building and development of an additional storey. We worked hard to re-imagine the ground floor colonnade that will offer 3 retail units. It was great to work with City of London Corporation to achieve this permission. We had the unique opportunity to celebrate that the oldest synagogue within the UK, as this neighbours the property. It has been fantastic to collaborate with Bevis Marks Synagogue Bevis Marks Synagogue Heritage Foundation with regards to the enhancing the historic entrance of synagogue. Following our acquisition of the property in Q4 2023, our project team has worked incredibly hard to achieve this permission, we are very thankful to their efforts and very much looking forward to commencing construction with further announcements on the project soon! Sterling are very proud to announce the practical completion of our works at 22 Vine Hill, Farringdon EC1. The project was very complex and involved connecting 3 existing buildings to deliver a single self-contained offering of over 23,000 sq ft in the heart of Farringdon with a BREEAM 'excellent' rating and EPC B. We are incredibly grateful to our trusted project team and excellent contractor who worked so well together to create a very unique building in line with our vision.
