We are pleased to have recently completed the landlord refurbishment of 48 Dover Street in the heart of Mayfair. Storey supported Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP in this project delivery while seamlessly integrating two separate tenant fit-out projects within the building. Storey provided project management, employer’s agent, and tenant co-ordination services for the project, which included a full reception refurbishment, localised façade replacement, and the introduction of luxurious hotel-quality end-of-trip facilities in the basement. The refurbishment focused on a hospitality-led finish, elevating the building’s aesthetic and functionality to premium standards. A key element of the project was the complete replacement of the building’s MEP systems, while tenants remained in occupation. This required meticulous planning and close coordination to ensure minimal disruption in a live environment. The upgrades enabled the building to achieve EPC B, BREEAM Excellent, and WiredScore Gold.
