We are pleased to have recently completed the landlord refurbishment of 48 Dover Street in the heart of Mayfair. Storey supported Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP in this project delivery while seamlessly integrating two separate tenant fit-out projects within the building. Storey provided project management, employer’s agent, and tenant co-ordination services for the project, which included a full reception refurbishment, localised façade replacement, and the introduction of luxurious hotel-quality end-of-trip facilities in the basement. The refurbishment focused on a hospitality-led finish, elevating the building’s aesthetic and functionality to premium standards. A key element of the project was the complete replacement of the building’s MEP systems, while tenants remained in occupation. This required meticulous planning and close coordination to ensure minimal disruption in a live environment. The upgrades enabled the building to achieve EPC B, BREEAM Excellent, and WiredScore Gold. Sterling are very proud to announce the practical completion of our works at 22 Vine Hill, Farringdon EC1. The project was very complex and involved connecting 3 existing buildings to deliver a single self-contained offering of over 23,000 sq ft in the heart of Farringdon with a BREEAM 'excellent' rating and EPC B. We are incredibly grateful to our trusted project team and excellent contractor who worked so well together to create a very unique building in line with our vision. The building works took around 15 months, however we had been working with the team collectively in preparation for the building works to commence and we are delighted with the finished product.
