At Tagvenue, we’re all about collaboration and continuous improvement. One initiative that’s made a big difference is our #fails Slack channel - a space where team members share reports, questions, and observations that help us stay on top of potential issues. We asked Ewelina Orawiec to tell us what makes it work: 🔎 Proactive Reporting: We typically see around 2 reports per day, adding up to ~50 insights a month. 💪🏻 Increased Engagement: This channel has encouraged everyone to think critically and remain vigilant about how we approach tasks. 🔄 Fresh Perspectives: It led to some great moments of questioning decisions and considering alternatives, which strengthens our approach. ⚡️ Improved Response Time: With so many eyes on different platform areas, potential issues are spotted faster than ever before. As the saying goes, "Two heads are better than one" - and in our case, it’s more like a hundred heads. Together, we’re unstoppable!
