Having worked in the events industry for the last 35 years, I have been surrounded by so many amazing women (including our talented team at Venue Search London). However, on this International Women's Day, I wanted to celebrate Jordan Palmer, one of the founders of Akwaaba Volunteers.... Jordan gave up her life in the UK nine years ago to work with her now husband, King Baoteng, and has worked tirelessly and without recompense to improve the lives of hundreds of children and their families in Accra, Ghana. I salute you Jordan and the millions of other women around the world who dedicate their time and energy to helping others....
