Eda is over 60% let! 📈 Our build to rent development in Salford Quays, Eda, has hit a benchmark goal with over 60% occupancy. We received over 500 enquiries within a week of opening and continued to gain interest having received multiple accolades in recent weeks. Eda has quickly become a landmark of the Salford Quays skyline, being the highest residential tower in the sought-after area. This has been achieved with our partners, Cole Waterhouse while our construction partners Domis Construction helped to bring the design visions of Chapman Taylor into reality.

🥇Eda Crowned Insider’s BTR Development of the Year🥇 The build to rent development in Salford Quays, created in partnership with Cole Waterhouse, was crowned development of the year at the North West Business Insider Media Residential Awards. “We have great partners therefore it is a great partnership” - Nick Jacobs said on the recognition of Taurus UK and Cole Waterhouse joining forces for Eda. Described as “groundbreaking [BTR] in the North of England”, Eda offers a blend of apartment sizes and tenures, receiving over 500 enquiries in the first four days. Designed by Chapman Taylor and constructed by Domis Construction, the landmark BTR development is the highest residential tower on the Salford Quays skyline, with 290-bedrooms across the 29-stories, a gym and wellness Studio, two landscaped terrace gardens, plus private terraces for each rooftop penthouse apartment. The development has also received HomeViews score of 5 out of 5. Very impressive right? Eda offers a co-working space, lounges, cinema room, bookable private dining and entertaining facilities alongside a dedicated on-site concierge and management team.

🏡 Positive Shift in UK House Prices: Knight Frank Reverses Predictions 📈 7% SWING   Knight Frank, has flipped its outlook on UK house prices. In October, this expert forecast a 4% decline for 2024, but today's view is a 3% increase this year. Thanks to a faster-than-expected fall in inflation and mortgage rate cuts, the market is witnessing increased activity, more listings, and a rise in asking prices. This is a massive shift both from negative to positive and with a 7% swing. They also talk of a turning point in the market.   This is interesting that a serious forecaster is implying a V shape recovery. They also urge caution with so much world uncertainty and a threat of Red Sea led inflation. Since opening ahead of schedule last month, Eda has been incredibly popular with rental enquiries.
