Yesterday, things got seriously competitive as we held a special Step Challenge Competition as part of our 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲!    Our teams were on the move all day, racking up some incredible step counts - but in the end, two steppers rose to the top!    ⚙️ 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿: Gavin White with an epic 32,251 steps!  👔 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mark O’Neill smashing it with 33,460 steps!    This is all part of our company wide challenge to collectively reach 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 - the distance from Orlando, Florida to Wismar, Germany! Every step we take supports Northern Ireland Children to Lapland & Days to Remember Trust, helping create unforgettable experiences for seriously ill and life-limited children. 💙   Huge congratulations to our winners - and a massive shoutout to everyone who took part!

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming 25 talented students & their inspirational lecturers from Letterfrack Atlantic Technological University – the National Centre for Excellence in Furniture Design & Technology to The Deluxe Group HQ! These 2nd-year students are touring industry leaders across NI & ROI to get a real-world glimpse into their future careers. During their visit we: ✅  Gave them a behind-the-scenes look at Deluxe and our work ✅  Introduced them to 𝗟𝘆𝗱𝗶𝗮, our current placement student, who shared her experience ✅  Had 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘁, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿, walk them through A Day in the Life of a Designer ✅  Wrapped up with a factory tour And of course, since it’s 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, they couldn’t leave without joining us – and the rest of our team – for some delicious pancakes, freshly made by our friends at The Cookery Nook!
