#IndustryNews: CPL Aromas announces the achievement of the prestigious EcoVadis Platinum Certificate for 2024-25, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received this highest accolade, placing it in the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in its category. Notably, CPL Aromas saw a significant increase in its Ethics score, reaching an impressive 90/100—a marked improvement from last year’s rating. The company’s overall score remains strong at 85, up from 83 in 2023, highlighting its sustained efforts across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. #IndustryNews: Nicole Mancini joins dsm-firmenich Perfumery & Ingredients as Principal Fine Fragrance Perfumer. Mancini's portfolio features several trendsetting creations, including being the creative force behind this year’s sensation ‘Cosmic’ by Kylie Jenner and Coty. She also collaborated with KKW Fragrance to create ‘Kylie Nude Lips’, which won the Fragrance Foundation USA’s Women’s Popular Fragrance of the Year Award. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Nicole began her career in fragrance after graduating cum laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and later attended the Givaudan School of Perfumery in France. Regarding her new appointment at dsm-Firmenich, Mancini shares: “Joining this revered team is not just a career move; it's an invitation to elevate the very essence of artistry in fragrance.
