  • 🚙❄️ Built for More, Tested to the Max. We teamed up with INEOS to showcase the Grenadier, a rugged 4x4 built for adventure. Our creators traveled to Aspen, CO, to put the Grenadier Station Wagon and Quartermaster pickup truck through their paces at the Grenadier Lodge during Aspen Snowmass – the first-ever Snow League event from Shaun White. From icy terrains to off-road challenges, they pushed the Grenadier to its limits - proving that this powerhouse is truly Built for More.     The conversation around masculinity and mental health is shifting - and social media is at the heart of it. Over the past week, Jamie Laing has become an unexpected role model for young men, completing 5 ultra marathons in 5 days for Comic Relief while openly sharing his struggles - his exhaustion, his pain, his emotions. His vulnerability has resonated deeply, challenging outdated ideas of masculinity that have long dominated online spaces. At the same time, Netflix's Adolescence has reignited discussions around the so-called “Manosphere”, and highlighted the need for healthy role models and narratives. Our recent report with YouGov on young men’s mental health on social media found that the content young men engage with online has a direct impact on their self-perception, mental well-being, and understanding of masculinity. This is why moments like Jamie’s matter. They provide an alternative to the toxic, hyper-masculine messaging that tells boys to suppress emotion, chase dominance, and see vulnerability as weakness. His story has sparked conversations in homes, schools, and online communities - showing that strength isn’t about suffering in silence but embracing openness and resilience.     What’s refreshing about Paid Social in 2025 is more of the conversation is about proper measurement, and moving away from just last-click attribution. There’s also lot of chatter around incrementality, which is a really positive view - moving away from ROAS as a pillar of success and instead looking at the generation of new sales. It’s hardly groundbreaking to say we need to look at the long and short of what we do, but it’s a valuable reminder. The impact of the work we do is greater than what on-platform measurement and even GA4 tells us. Perhaps we’re all sobering up after being drunk on attribution for years 😂

I'm absolutely bursting with pride to finally see the Unilever Limited Edition Enchanted Apple range, inspired by Disney's Snow White campaign wrapped up! This project has been a true labor of love, and seeing it come to life feels like a dream come true. Growing up, Disney has been a strong part of my life, from many Disneyland trips... to now being a part of bringing that magic to life through this collaboration with Unilever is a truly special and surreal 360 moment. It's a reminder that dreams really can come true! This launch wouldn't have been possible without the incredible dedication and hard work of my amazing team. From concept to execution, everyone poured their heart and soul into this project. A massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you!
