It was a pleasure to welcome Normandy veterans Jim Grant and Henry Rice to the museum today. It was the first time the pair had seen their portraits. They spent most of the day at the museum chatting to visitors. 'The lucky ones grow old' photography exhibition is only on for another week and end on 18th January.

In June South Western Railway unveiled The D-Day Story train to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings. We feature in their round up video below!
What a year! We celebrated the rollout of our #Arterio trains with Stuart Broad 🏏 We completed over 100 station improvement projects 👷 We hosted the first national safeguarding conference for the railway 🤝 We used AI to make our network more accessible 🤖 We operated a ‘noisy carriage’ for families going to Chessington 🎶 And so much more... Thank you to all our customers and colleagues who have made this year such a success. As we begin #Railway200, we wish everyone a very happy 2025! 🎆
