''I have been with Home Bargains for 15 months, initially serving as a Shift Manager on the Red Shift at our Axis Distribution Centre. I am now part of the Omega Shift Manager team, where I’ll be collaborating with our fantastic new colleagues to continue delivering excellent service to our stores. 🙌 I joined HB because I wanted to be part of the company's exciting growth journey. The development of the state-of-the-art Omega Distribution Centre caught my attention, along with the continuous expansion and refurbishment of new stores. It’s an inspiring time to be involved with HB. I look forward to seeing the Omega site in action, increasing our capacity to support the company’s growth strategy. I’m also eager to embrace new working methods and the opportunities presented by the automation at the new site.
