📣 The Lawyer confirms TLT is disrupting the market! Research conducted for The Lawyer's annual UK200 has revealed TLT is one of the fastest growing national law firms in the UK. 📰 An article published this morning highlights some of our key achievements in the last twelve months including growing our revenue, attracting and retaining some of the best legal talent in the industry and expanding our national footprint after having doubled our headcount in Birmingham. Commenting on the survey results, managing partner John Wood said: “Being recognised in The Lawyer’s UK200 survey as one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK is an acknowledgment of how far we have come in the last decade. 📈We have improved our ranking in the The Social Mobility Foundation Employer index 2024, rising eight places! This index ranks UK employers on the action they take to ensure they are open to and progressing talent from all backgrounds and is considered the leading authority on employer best practice and the definitive benchmark of organisations committed to improving social mobility in the workplace. Our improved ranking reflects the steps we have taken to improve social mobility and accessibility to the legal profession over the past year. These include: 🤝Partnering with charities including Ablaze in Bristol and MyBigCareer in London; 🎓Launching three different pathways to qualify solicitors; 🎯Setting a target to achieve 35% ethnic minority representation across our early career roles (trainees and apprentices) to be achieved by October 2030.
