Strategy? Fearless? Here are the buzzwords creatives are ditching in 2025 (and what to say instead) 👀 We explore which buzzwords creatives want to banish and look into a useful new app that might just be the answer to our prayers. Thanks to all those in the creative community who shared their thoughts, including Teresa Ferreira, Sarah Farley, Toward, Brigid McMullen, Coralie Carré, Alan Gilbody, Jon Dignam, Jimmy Gordon, Elizabeth Lepro, Mika Saulitis, Charlie Hurst, and Sho K. • How do launch a compelling new product into a traditional market? You build a strong brand story, focus on consumer benefits over features and give it an identity that bucks the trend. That's what we did with Enora — A market first consumer product tackling pressure ulcers. Take a look at the overview here and visit the case study for the full story.

  • New case study — ICC Wales Take a look behind the scenes at our recent web design project for one of the UK's leading conference and events centres. The new site does what all of our brands and websites are designed to do — reflect the physical experience of the place through design and content. Here's a quick look, with the full case study available in our work section.

  • New website launch — ICC Wales Last week we launched the new website for Wales' largest convention centre. From our very first visit before we won the project we realised that the ICC Wales is a very special place. The centre is home to some of the largest conferences, shows, conventions and events in Wales and the south west, but also has a vast offering for smaller, more intimate meetings and events. When you walk around, everything screams quality. The people, the food, the architecture, the design and technology in the spaces, the connection with nature through the outdoor areas - the whole experience. The old website just didn't showcase the centre or reflect the in-person experience. We wanted the new website to tell the real story. We utilised the existing brand identity, making subtle updates to modernise it — from introducing colour fades and gradients inspired by the lighting to a whole new design system for digital use. The design of the site, the little details of interactions and animations and the use of photography and video now truly reflects the level of quality on offer. Working closely with the client team we mapped out organisational goals and visitor needs and built a page structure and navigation that would help achieve both. Content has been considered in detail to help visitors find information they quickly and easy. The website is built on Craft CMS, a departure from Wordpress that the old website used. Not only has Craft made it possible to create far more engaging and compelling pages, the feedback from the marketing team about how easy it is to use means that the migration was a real positive from the project. Many thanks to the ICC Wales and The Celtic Collection teams for choosing to work with us. Special thanks to Christie Valone, Olivia T., Sophie Robins, Vanessa Russell and Jessica Price.
