Exciting news for women & girls in rugby! 🙌 🏉 We’re thrilled to be working with Continental and Kwik-Fit (GB) Ltd on a programme to improve rugby facilities and encourage more women and girls to get involved. In December, Ellie Kildunne, World Rugby 15’s Player of the Year, visited our project with Anchorians Sports Club in Gillingham to check out the progress and lend a hand with the work. It was amazing to meet Ellie, for her to work alongside our young people, and see the reaction from the girls meeting their hero! 💫 The project was co-funded by Medway Council through the #UKSPF, Sport England, Dulux and Travis Perkins, this project is creating inclusive spaces for girls to thrive in rugby.
