In partnership with Agilité, a Parella company and tp bennett, we supported a global financial firm in Luxembourg through procurement, move management, and design execution, ensuring a smooth integration of workstations, meeting spaces, and bespoke furniture. By consolidating operations onto a single floor, they created a more efficient, collaborative, and future-ready workspace. Project highlights include a sustainability-led approach aligned with LEED certification goals, a custom board table integrating technology, and future-ready solutions with surplus furniture stored onsite to support business growth. Delivered within a strict four-month timeline, the project reflects a strategic approach to workplace transformation, balancing design aspirations with operational requirements. A leading marine underwriter recently embarked on a major office transformation, consolidating their space to one floor after 20 years across five levels. To meet their environmental goals, we worked with them to incorporate reused workstations sourced through EcoClear, achieving a carbon saving of 6.5 tonnes CO2e. Reflecting on the impact of this approach, Sustainability Lead Matthew Kane shared, “We’ve changed the perception of second-hand furniture for an entire organisation that never would have considered it prior to this project.” This project demonstrates the potential of integrated reuse and ethical clearance strategies to deliver sophisticated, environmentally conscious workspaces. Achieving SKA Gold was a key goal, requiring careful selection of furniture with high recyclability, certifications, and enduring quality. Manufacturers such as Boss Design, Spacestor, Flokk UK, CARL HANSEN & SØN, and Orangebox played a role in delivering a workspace where sustainability meets sophistication. DMG Workplace’s design approach blended elegance with functionality, incorporating open-plan workspaces, private focus areas, and dedicated well-being spaces.
