Congratulations to Construction Quantity Surveyor apprentice Samuel Martin, who has been awarded Apprentice of the Month for December 2024 by CoTrain Shared Apprenticeship Service! We are also proud to be recognised as Training Provider of the Month for our work with Samuel 🏆💛 Apprentice Samuel Martin is currently undertaking his Construction Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship at Morgan Sindall Group plc, a national construction and regeneration company, who were awarded Host of the Month for their dedication to supporting the success of apprentices like Samuel 💫 This award recognises the hard work and commitment displayed by Samuel throughout his apprenticeship, which is facilitated by COTRAIN, a construction industry partnership which helps to recruit apprentices. As the provider of Samuel’s apprenticeship programme, we have also been recognised as the CoTrain Provider of the Month 🙌 Apprenticeships at our university combine academic study, practical experience and wider employment skills to prepare apprentices for career success in their chosen industry. Some great news to start the New Year! The University of Westminster has received a Good rating for its degree apprenticeships following its most recent inspection by Ofsted. Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Peter Bonfield said: “This Good rating from Ofsted is a testament to the dedication of our colleagues, the commitment to our learners and our continuous drive to improve.
