  • 🏗️ 𝐀 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥!  We are proud to celebrate a major milestone in the renewal of Ledbury Estate alongside Southwark Council Tom Copley from Greater London Authority, partners and the local community. The first phase of this much-needed regeneration has officially topped out, marking a key step toward delivering high-quality homes for Ledbury residents. This transformation follows years of collaboration with Ledbury residents after structural and fire safety risks were identified in the original 1960s Large Panel System (LPS) towers. The renewal will provide 340 new homes, including: 🏠 261 council homes (replacing the original flats & adding 37 more) 🏠 14 shared ownership homes 🏠 65 homes for private sale (helping fund the affordable housing) The first phase, the former Bromyard House, will provide 80 new homes across two blocks, with 46 council homes and 14 shared ownership homes. There will also be 20 homes for private sale, to help pay for the new affordable homes.  But this is more than just a housing project - it's a neighbourhood renewal. Residents will benefit from new communal spaces, tree-lined paths, a play area, and a garden courtyard designed for community growing. The area will also have better pedestrian and cycle links connecting Old Kent Road, Pencraig Way, and Bird in Bush Park. We’re incredibly proud to be part of this journey alongside Southwark Council, ensuring that Ledbury residents have safe, modern homes and a thriving community for generations to come. A huge thank you to everyone involved in reaching this milestone! • 📢Inspiring the next generation of construction professionals!🏗️ Last week, we joined our partners Construction Youth Trust at Oasis Academy South Bank, for an interactive and engaging session with Year 13 students. The students took on the challenge of helping a company save £60,000 - working in teams over three rounds, they were given new information at each stage, testing their ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and think strategically. As judges, our team assessed the students' key skills including: ✔ Teamwork  ✔ Listening  ✔ Speaking  ✔ Leadership  It was fantastic to see the students step up, take charge, and develop the skills that are so essential in the workplace. Huge thanks to Construction Youth Trust and Oasis Academy South Bank for hosting such a valuable session! #futureleaders #constructioncareers #youthempowerment #skillsforsuccess #communityengagement #partnerships #buildingfutures

  • We’re proud to be working in partnership with the London Borough of Hackney on two new developments in Hoxton. As part of Hackney’s Housing Supply Programme, we're making use of underused infill sites within existing estates to create much-needed affordable housing. It's great to see our Wimbourne Street development taking shape! This mixed-use development will deliver 59 new apartments across two linear buildings, split equally between social rent, affordable, and private sale homes. There will also be a brand-new café/commercial space, a new playground for the community and improved landscaping and open spaces. At nearby Buckland Street we're also creating 54 new homes, with 22 for social rent, 14 shared ownership and 18 for private sale. The scheme will also include a new children’s play area, refurbished and relocated MUGA and enhanced community spaces & landscaping We’re excited to see these projects come to life, creating high-quality homes and vibrant public spaces for the Hoxton community. #development #London #housing #community #Hackney #partnership #affordablehousing #urbandesign #regeneration

  • 🌿✨𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲!✨🌿 We are proud to support Minet Infant and Nursery School, near our Avondale Drive development, by donating materials we no longer need on-site to enhance their Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) programme. OPAL is a school improvement initiative designed to transform playtimes by creating more engaging, creative, and stimulating outdoor environments. Research shows that play is vital for children’s physical and emotional well-being, learning, and overall enjoyment of school. By donating wooden pallets, cable drums, spare carpet samples, and plastic tubing, we’re delighted that these materials can be repurposed to help encourage imaginative play and outdoor learning. Play makes up 20% of a child’s time in school, yet many schools lack the resources to maximise this crucial aspect of development. OPAL provides structured guidance and mentoring to ensure play is valued and embedded into school life. We are thrilled to contribute to a programme that makes a lasting impact on children’s lives.💚 #communitysupport #OPALprogramme #sustainability #outdoorlearning #supportingeducation Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) CIC
