It’s been great delivering Forge, Woking from cradle to grave for Swiss Life Asset Managers UK Taking AB InBev House from an outdated office to a vibrant, amenity fuelled building has shown that best in class is what occupiers are looking for. Letting the building to Aspris, BOC, Nomad Foods, Verint and 2H offshore is testament to the building’s quality. Despite battling with both Brexit and Covid, the repositioning was a huge success and has extended the life of the building for another 25+ years! Thanks to everyone involved in the Forge journey!

We’re excited to announce that we have received planning permission for a new last-mile urban logistics hub south of Wandsworth town centre, developed in partnership with CBRE Investment Management. The 36,877 sq ft facility will offer modern, flexible accommodation, including a mezzanine, offices, and a secure service yard. Located within the Lydden Road Locally Significant Industrial Area, the development will feature renewable energy, urban greening, and biodiversity enhancements, with BREEAM Outstanding targeted. At V7, we’ve been working closely with TFT, Montagu Evans, PRC Architecture & Planning Ltd, Evolve Consulting Engineers, Kingfisher Ecology Ltd, Watkins Payne, Burnley Wilson Fish, Cavendish Consulting and other expert partners on this exciting project. The development will be ready for construction once the current tenant relocates.
