  • Over the past few years, we’ve been working with Oliver Deacon Coaching to grow his online presence and help more finance leaders find the support they need. Oliver Deacon is an ex-Microsoft Finance Director turned executive coach, helping CFOs and finance professionals level up their skills in leadership, productivity and AI. Our work with Oli includes: 📈 SEO Strategy: Optimising website content to expand his reach and attract more finance leaders looking for coaching. 📊 LinkedIn Growth: Developing a tailored content strategy that boosts engagement, drives leads and makes an impact. 🎨 Design Support: Creating polished, recognisable decks and brochures that elevate his brand and support coaching courses. It’s been an exciting journey together so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing his impact grow even further! 😊

  • We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager! If you love building strong client relationships, keeping projects on track, and pushing creative boundaries, this could be the perfect role for you. As a small but ambitious agency, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and wants to play a key role in shaping how we work. You’ll lead key client accounts, manage projects, and collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver work that makes a real impact. This is a brand-new role, which means there’s a real opportunity to make it your own, shape how we work, refine and improve processes. Head to our site to find out more: https://bit.ly/3DDxCkf Applications close 19th March, so there’s just a week left to apply.

  • Ellen, Laura and Jay recently headed to Newcastle University for their Creative Careers event! The event showcases all the career paths available in the creative industry, from marketing and PR to journalism, film production and beyond. Our session gave students a behind-the-scenes look at agency life. We talked through the work we do at Vida, shared some of our projects and got everyone involved in an exercise straight from our brand strategy workshops. Jay also spoke about her experience using the careers service to secure her internship with us, and some top tips for soon-to-be graduates looking to break into creative roles. A huge thank you to the Newcastle University careers team for having us and to all the students who got involved - it was great to chat with you!

  • Last week, the whole team got together for our 2025 strategy day! We took a step back to reflect on the past year, plan for the future and revisit our values. Everyone got involved in defining what makes us ‘team Vida’ - from the work we do to the culture we create. (And speaking of culture… a Vida Bakeoff is officially in the works! Stay tuned for any updates, triumphs and cake-related disasters.) It’s been another big year for our team. Taking the time to look back and celebrate our wins, both as a team and with our clients, reminds us of just how much we’ve achieved. And as with Q2 of 2025 already on the horizon (😱), we can’t wait to see what’s next!

  • It’s National Love Your Pet Day, so we thought we’d introduce you to the most important members of the Vida team. 🐶 The Office Regulars Axel, Harper, Bentley, Maggie and Cooper are our honorary office dogs, always on hand to boost morale and supervise our lunch breaks. If you visit our office for a meeting or workshop, you might be lucky enough to have one of them join in. 😺 The Remote Workers Leo and Gary prefer a more remote leadership approach. You might not find them in the office, but they spend their days monitoring our team meetings (and occasionally stepping on keyboards). Happy National Love Your Pet Day to all the furry (and not-so-furry) coworkers out there!

  • Today, we’re highlighting one of Gemma’s favourite projects - working with FM4U to build a brochure website and client portal! FM4U is a leading facilities management partner in the North East. The team had two main goals when working with us: build a user-friendly website to showcase their services, and create a client portal that stores facilities documents in one organised solution. This project stands out to Gemma as one that allowed her to learn some new skills and further her knowledge, all whilst delivering top-tier results for the client: “It was great for cementing my knowledge, and it boosted my confidence to know the final product looked great and resulted in an extremely happy client!” We’re constantly growing and developing our skills here at Vida, and we love projects that encourage us to do so. It’s always great to learn something new whilst delivering something that looks great, and works even better!

  • We’re excited to be working with Northumberland Cultural Education Partnership (NCEP) to develop their online presence and brand identity. NCEP is on a mission to ensure that all children and young people in Northumberland, regardless of their circumstances, can access and enjoy high-quality arts and cultural experiences. Their work connects education, arts, and local governments to create opportunities that inspire the next generation. We kicked things off with a fantastic discovery workshop. A big thank you to Kiz for joining us as we explored NCEP’s vision and the impact they are set to make. Now, we’re getting to work on crafting a brand and website that reflects their passion, ambition, and commitment to creative access for all. We can’t wait to bring this to life! Stay tuned. 👀🎨

  • Branding that’s built for impact, on and off the pitch. 👇 ️ EI Performance helps sports teams and clubs improve their performance by analysing and reporting on data collected during matches and training sessions. The company needed a brand that matched their precision and expertise. And it had to be easily adaptable across internal reports, client presentations, social graphics, and more. We worked with them to create a sharp, dynamic identity that feels right at home in the world of sports analytics. And while the landing page isn’t live just yet, we’re looking forward to seeing it all come together. Excited to see what’s next for the EI Performance team! 💥

  • Today, we’re shining a spotlight on one of our incredible clients: Blueprint Interiors Ltd.! Blueprint Interiors are an award-winning workplace consultancy, office design and build firm based in Leicestershire. Their bespoke workplaces focus on what matters most: people-first designs that champion wellbeing and sustainability. We’ve worked closely with the team over the years, supporting their growth by building their custom website and providing ongoing marketing support. 2025 is shaping up to be another huge year for Blueprint. After last year’s management buy out and the arrival of their new commercial director, the business is shaping up for the next phase of growth. We’re already working on some very exciting case studies and are looking forward to helping refine Blueprint’s brand and marketing strategy as they continue to evolve. Stay tuned for what’s next - there’s a lot of big news on the horizon!

  • And just like that, we’re almost at the end of January already! It’s been a busy start to the year for the team, so here are a few of our highlights so far: ✍️ We’ve held discovery workshops with fantastic new clients to start some exciting projects. 💻 Two new client websites are in the final stages of launch and we’re looking forward to sharing them in the next few weeks. 🎨 We’ve finalised the brand name and presented the initial look and feel mood boards to another new client. 🚀 Our clients’ 2025 marketing strategies have kicked off with a bang, and there’s already so much fantastic content in the works. 🏆 We got together for our first full team meeting of the year, which was a great opportunity to reflect on the month (and have some lush food on the Quayside!). There’s already a lot to look forward to in our calendars for February, so keep an eye out for updates as they come!
