Beam Park, our transformational joint-venture regeneration project with L&Q in east London, is a finalist for Development of the Year (More than 500 homes) at the Property Week #RESIAwards2025! Delivering nearly 4,000 new homes and an array of facilities and amenities, Beam Park is bringing to life the derelict 72-acre site of a former Ford stamping plant through significant collaboration between public and private sector partners to accelerate housing delivery. With 1,063 homes already delivered in the first two phases, 2024 also saw the opening of the much-needed Beam Park health centre and Central Park, a 2.5-hectare riverside open space that integrates a range of play facilities, so this shortlisting caps a successful year for Beam Park. Congratulations to all the team and we’re looking forward to celebrating with our colleagues and peers at the awards ceremony on 7 May. This phase will deliver 128 mixed-tenure homes, providing a mix of shared ownership homes and private homes, the latter delivered by our Countryside Homes brand. This first phase provides the mix of high-quality housing that residents need as well as a significant investment in community infrastructure, including the new Herne Relief Road, to create a thriving and sustainable neighbourhood. This marks a significant step in our joint venture with Places for People as we work together to deliver high-quality homes at pace. In total, 800 new homes will be delivered alongside key community facilities and infrastructure. Full completion is expected by 2035 with phases C & D, comprising 296 homes, scheduled for planning approval in March 2025.

Work has begun on Vistry Group and Goram Homes newest joint venture site in Bristol. The development will transform a former school site off New Fosseway Road in Hengrove, which has been empty for over a decade, into a community of 200 new sustainable homes. Featuring a mix of one to four bedroom homes, the energy efficient properties will include solar panels and air source heat pumps, alongside electric car charging points.
