Our women's group at Waverley Care had an unforgettable pampering and makeover day, all thanks to the incredible talents of our long-term supporters, MAC Cosmetics. The fabulous MAC makeup artists volunteered their time and skills, creating stunning makeovers that left our women glowing inside and out. It was a day filled with self-care, empowerment and positivity, reminding us how powerful taking time for yourself can be for your mental well-being. 💄 💕

We are incredibly grateful to our friends at MAC Cosmetics who have donated generously to Waverley Care from their VIVA Glam fund 🎉 This grant will directly support our Minority Ethnic Health Project, aiming to improve HIV knowledge and reduce stigma within minority ethnic communities in Scotland. Thanks to this project, we’ve already established a peer education program, developed new resources, and engaged new peer mentors. MAC’s generous grant will help us expand this work by funding new services like a community involvement database, health café events, and increased collaboration with other minority ethnic health services at Waverley Care. We deeply cherish our long-standing relationship with MAC, and their support will positively impact many lives within minority ethnic communities across Scotland. Thank you, MAC Viva Glam! 🌟 #Grateful #MACVivaGlam #CommunityHealth #WaverleyCare #MinorityEthnicHealth

Thank you so much to the amazing team at Morgan Stanley in Glasgow who recently gave up their valuable time to volunteer for Waverley Care - Pablo del Fraile & Lucy Richards 💜 In one afternoon, they managed to make over 1,000 tartan ribbons that we’ll hand out to our supporters in return for donations during the Edinburgh Fringe this year! The tartan ribbon has a long history and by wearing it, you can show your support for Waverley Care’s goal to be there for anyone living with, or affected by, HIV and Hepatitis C in Scotland. You can read more about that history here: https://lnkd.in/ei58zwWq If you or your company would like to volunteer for Waverley Care, either by helping us to make more tartan ribbons or by joining us to bucket shake at the Pleasance Courtyard in Edinburgh this August, please contact fundraising@waverleycare.org or take a look at our website for details on how to get involved with our Big Corporate Shake Up: https://lnkd.in/eyQU_uSb Thank you so much again Morgan Stanley.
