Featuring four styles including a holdall, tote, briefcase and pouch, each bag has been crafted in Florence, Italy with leathers sourced from environmentally accredited tanneries. Capturing the spirit of the 1970s and 1980s youth in the US juxtaposed with British menswear dress codes, expect to find suede bomber jackets and leather outerwear, relaxed tailoring, classic tuxedos, checked shirts and Jacquard knitwear within the ready-to-wear edit. As with all Mr P. collections, this season has been designed with longevity in mind without compromising on quality or style. At YOOX NET-A-PORTER, we are dedicated to putting our customers first.  Reflecting this commitment, our last company town hall focused on the customer experience.  Aiming to further boost our customer-first approach, our interim CEO, Alison Loehnis, kicked off a Customer Competition designed to inspire even more innovative solutions from our colleagues around the globe who have a finger on the pulse of the new and next.     YNAPers from around the world, both individually and as teams, condensed ideas on how they could make a difference. Their submissions were meticulously reviewed by experts from across the business, and spanned topics from how to improve the customer journey, from site experience to fulfillment, how we communicate with our customers and our commitment to sustainability.  Two ideas took the winning spots, impressing our judges with their potential to enhance our customer experience and reinforce our commitment to excellence, out of an incredible 160 entries. Thank you to everyone who participated and congratulations to our winners! 🏆 Ksystof Krul, Senior Digital Media Executive   🏆 Omar Taher, MSBA, Operations Planning Analyst

A moment to celebrate our six Modern Artisans and the launch of their new collection this week on NET-A-PORTER!     NET-A-PORTER hosted an intimate breakfast event at the Barbican Centre for the third edition of our transformative talent programme, in partnership with The King's Foundation.       Echoing the inspiration behind the designs, guests gathered amongst the wild, nature-centric decor to explore the collection and hear from Liza Canneford, Jacqueline Farrell, and Arielle Uno-Ekwang. They told the story of this one-of-a-kind training journey – from research trips to the Scottish Highlands, to immersion in collection design at NET-A-PORTER’s London HQ, and a six-month residency to hand-craft the collection at Dumfries House, home of The King’s Foundation in Ayrshire, Scotland.         The artisans were joined by many of our skilled partners who have guided them through every step, including knitwear development, tailoring expertise, and harnessing the power of plants and flowers to make natural dyes.      Thank you to everyone who has made this edition of the #ModernArtisan possible and generously shared their knowledge with our artisans Arielle Uno-Ekwang, Daisy Gray, Georgia Wintle, Jessica Horton, Sarah Jane Sleeba, and Flavia Nistor.      Discover their collection, NET-A-PORTER for The King’s Foundation, available exclusively on NET-A-PORTER.

At YNAP we’re always looking for creative, inclusive ways to bring colleagues together, so we can have truly meaningful experiences as a group.  Our recent US Kids Day hosted at DC2 in Mahwah, New Jersey, was a huge success, and we had a lot of happy, smiling faces to show for it! Earlier this month, our Fabric Ambassadors -dedicated employees who foster community spirit and positivity at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including The Ethnic Equality Network and The Parents Caregivers Network, organised a day especially for our employees’ children. It was a delight to see so many of YNAPers’ kids enjoying games, face painting, arts and crafts, among other activities with their parents.  A special thank you to members of Fabric Ambassadors and ERGs for having created cherished memories for our teams.     #LifeAtYNAP

Thrilled to share an exciting APAC campaign by NET-A-PORTER using computer-generated imagery (CGI) to transform how we connect with audiences, focusing on core brand pillars. We aim to captivate new audiences with a surreal touch, blurring real and unreal. Launching in Hong Kong, highlighting Premier Same-Day Delivery to deliver a seamless shopping experience. The iconic modern tram in Hong Kong, passing Queen's Road Central with the newly constructed The Henderson building, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects in the backdrop, adds to the wow factor. Excited about the campaign's potential to engage our audience and set NET-A-PORTER apart in the competitive online retail landscape. This innovative approach marks a strategic shift from traditional marketing tactics, promising differentiation and increased engagement. NET-A-PORTER

As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent, our team in London recently hosted 90 master’s students from ESCP Business School at our Westfield headquarters. The students had an exclusive look into our head offices and day-to-day operations, as well as insights from Aden May, Head of Technology at YNAP, Shilpa Virdi, Lead Product Manager, and Charlotte Needes, Head of Product. The talk was a chance for students to see how the learnings from their course can be applied in a real-world business context with a focus on technological innovation – including intelligent process automation, customer loyalty, and personalisation strategies. Charlotte Needes spoke with them on the importance of digital transformation in fashion: "In a competitive landscape, customers are increasingly discerning and demand more from brands. To meet their needs, digital transformation is essential. Our goal is to provide a smooth, functional, and delightful experience, helping customers find what they want easily while offering opportunities for discovery and inspiration. We're always seeking new technology to enhance this journey."    A huge thank you to @Andrea Cosentino and the ESCP Business School team, who made this event a success.

Continuing our long-standing collaboration with SDA Bocconi, this year we offered our business expertise to SDA Bocconi’s MAFED students (Masters in Fashion, Experience & Design Management). The collaboration brought together unique perspectives on the complexities of the luxury fashion industry through a series of interactive sessions.     With the dedicated guidance from industry experts Paolo Mascio, Claudio Lamacchia, Irene Benati, and Caroline Salerno students delved into custom strategies for fashion brands. and tackled comprehensive case studies designed to put their skills to the ultimate test.    Claudio Lamacchia, YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s expert in luxury fashion omnichannel strategies, shares his perspective “This opportunity is not just about sharing knowledge but inspiring and nurturing new talents in the industry. Platforms like these are vital for fostering innovation and preparing the next generation of leaders in luxury fashion.”   Chiara Piancatelli, PhD Program Coordinator, adds, “It was incredibly rewarding to see our MAFED students bring their learning to life by applying digital strategy and e-commerce skills to a real-world business case, designed in collaboration with YNAP managers.”     By engaging with promising talents through this partnership, we are not only contributing to their professional growth but also sparking industry innovations that will help shape the future of luxury fashion. Special thanks to Professor Emanuela Prandelli Prandelli and everyone at SDA Bocconi for their invaluable collaboration in shaping this experience.      #YNAP #MAFED #SDABocconi
