Your impact:

  • Shape and contribute to Omni's credit risk strategy and decision systems
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable solutions and recommendations
  • Identify trends, outliers, and anomalies in data and reports to enhance decision-making

You will also be responsible for:

Credit Risk Monitoring: Oversee consumer lending areas, ensuring alignment with credit risk and affordability strategies within Castle Trust Bank's risk appetite.

Advanced Analytics: Utilise advanced analytics and modeling to refine credit risk strategy and policy, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for customers and the business.

Insightful Reporting: Produce and develop ad-hoc analysis and MI, providing relevant and accurate information and commentary.

Data Enhancement: Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to enhance business data capabilities.

Strategy Implementation: Support the specification, implementation, and testing of credit risk strategy changes.

Collaboration: Work closely with Castle Trust operational areas to deliver an effective credit risk strategy.

This role will benefit a hybrid working arrangement, to be based between our London office (3 days) and working the rest of the week from home.

What We Are Looking For In You...

What is important to us is that you have the ability to analyse, interpret, and review data to provide solutions, recommendations, or opinions (experience in data aggregation and manipulation would be beneficial. If you have experience working with management information and commonly used risk metrics, with proficiency in programming languages (such as SAS, SQL, or Python) this would be advantageous. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. A degree in a numerical/quantitative/financial subject would be preferred.

What is equally important is that you are an effective communicator capable of influencing various stakeholders. You should be adaptable possessing a collaborate approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
