Congratulations to Zoë Murphy from Knights who has been appointed Branch Chair, alongside Vice Chair Kelly Brown from CMS UK. Zoe said, “I am honoured to be appointed Branch Chair, to help guide our regional team. I am very much looking forward to the year ahead and continuing to work with our fabulous committee. I feel privileged to have been part of this supportive and inspiring network from an early stage in my career. Thank you to our dedicated committee members who continuously put in the effort to guarantee our events are a success and to all our members and supporters.” Zoe succeeds April Marsden from Bowman Riley, Architects, Building Consultants, Interiors who undertook the roll for the past 12 months. The National Chair, Emma Richman’s theme this year is “People and community first”, which embraces Women in Property 's increasing emphasis on social mobility and breaking down the barriers to entry, in this industry. WiP plans to reflect this in its events, partnerships and messaging over the next year or so.
