What an incredible week in the USA! 🇺🇸✨ Back in the office after an action-packed inaugural study tour for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education Global Leaders Programme—what a truly unforgettable experience with Alex Favier and Robert Henry. It was an absolute privilege to contribute to this program and visit some of the world's leading institutions, including Harvard University, Boston University, Princeton University, John Hopkins University, and Georgetown University. Beyond universities, we also had the opportunity to engage with key global organisations such as the United Nations, The Washington Post, and the British Embassy. Thank you to our host organisations for creating an incredible week. With over 100 senior leaders, our cohort explored the challenges and future of US universities, fostering insightful discussions and invaluable connections. It's been a big team effort but a huge thanks goes to our faculty for giving their time, care and energy into getting this programme off the ground Anton Muscatelli, Rachel Sandison OBE (FCIM), Alistair Jarvis CBE and Andrew Monk. For further information about future planned cohorts, please visit https://lnkd.in/eMdQARM4 or send us a note to find out more. Assemble Events Ltd #advancement #eventmangement #highereducation

  • Today marks the last day of our inaugural Global Leaders Programme, an international study tour providing a masterclass in reputation, advocacy, and engagement. University leaders from the UK have learnt from prestigious institutions on the US East Coast: Harvard University, Boston University, Princeton University, John Hopkins University, and Georgetown University. Our cohort has been wonderfully supported by faculty: Anton Muscatelli, Rachel Sandison OBE (FCIM), Alistair Jarvis CBE, Andrew Monk, Liesl Elder, Robert Henry, Emma Darwin and Alex Favier. During these extraordinarily challenging times for the education sector, it is especially essential to gain a global understanding of strategy and practice, participate in open exchanges and learn from one another. The next cohort of this unique development opportunity invites senior leaders from Australia and New Zealand to connect, collaborate, and gain insights from global experts, commencing with an international study tour to the UK this September.
