Wandsworth Council is freezing your Council Tax for the third year in a row. You will continue to pay the lowest Council Tax in the country and we will continue to invest in what matters most to you. Leader of Wandsworth Council, Simon Hogg, says: “Sound financial management is at the heart of everything we do. Wandsworth has one of the lowest levels of debt and some of the highest financial reserves in London, allowing us to freeze the main element of Council Tax and to invest in the services that matter to you – cleaner streets, safer neighbourhoods and a stronger community. Together, we’re making Wandsworth an even better place to live.” wandsworth.gov.uk/freeze

As Social Work Week continues, we celebrate the dedication of professionals like Rasheed Pendry, who transitioned from a career in housing to social work. Reflecting on his journey, Rasheed shares: "I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend social work as a career. No two days are the same, and you can make a real difference." His words remind us of the profound impact social workers have in our communities. Read more: https://ow.ly/RaiN50Vm4e1 #SocialWorkWeek
