our team had the pleasure of being a part of Project Girl Mentoring Program’s Summer Immersion Lab for the second year in a row! adwoa beauty taught a hair wellness master class led by textured hair expert, Diane Bailey. Diane focused on teaching the basics of a healthy hair care routine and encouraged self love for beautiful, natural, textured hair! our global retail strategy + operations manager, Alicia Crawford taught how adwoa beauty products specifically can elevate their routine! our ceo + founder, Julian R. Addo even called in and was able to share her inspiring story with the girls and drove home the message that you truly can do anything you put your mind to with lots of hustle and hard work. we also gifted mentors and mentees a full adwoa beauty routine so they can put everything they learned into action. Project Girl Mentoring Program’s mission is to foster the advancement of young women do color to make positive life choices and to maximize their authentic potential.
