We are delighted to share that Roby Pickett has been appointed to the role of Vice President, IT Service Delivery Manager & Head of Administration! In his new role, Roby will drive IT initiatives for the region, functioning as the Regional Service Delivery Officer, while also leading Procurement, Data Privacy, Operational Resilience, Real Estate, Corporate Insurance, and Facilities. Roby began his career with Allianz Trade 14 years ago as an IT systems engineer, operating one of three regional data centers. In 2019, he shifted to a role with Allianz Technology of America, serving as the Regional Service Delivery Manager for Allianz Trade. Recently, Roby was instrumental in the Owings Mills office shutdown and the move to our new Baltimore location. He has been involved in all IT initiatives and projects over the past 10 years. We can't wait to see what you accomplish, Roby!

We are pleased to share that Barbara Martell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has been named SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer – Americas. In her new role, Barbara will lead all people aspects and HR strategy for the Region, including talent management and acquisition, workforce planning, reward and performance, learning and development, compensation and benefits, legal/employee relations, and employer branding. Barbara joined Allianz Trade in 2016 as Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
