Last Friday morning we engaged in a powerful conversation about increasing the representation of women in STEM fields. The challenges that engineers, architects, scientists and technologists tackle in this world are immense. The number of STEM jobs available far outweigh the number of individuals who pursue them. It is an imperative that we make room for more talent to enter these fields. We need everyone, including women and people from diverse backgrounds.
