In collaboration with Factory OS, ProSet Modular, and Stream Modular, the Phoenix boasts 101 modular housing units set in just 8 days - enhancing quality and safety while minimizing the job site workforce. Alongside the housing component, The Phoenix features a 7,300 SF communal building consisting of spacious family gathering areas, bike storage, utility rooms, and social service offices.
