Today, we are sharing our Sweet Potato Bar! 🍁 🍂 RECIPE 🍂 Cinnamon Maple Butter 🍠 1 Cup butter 🍠 1/2 Cup maple syrup 🍠 1 - 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon Sweet Potato Bar 🍠 1 Cup cooked, chopped Butterball Turkey Bacon 🍠 1 Cup mini marshmallows 🍠 1 Cup shredded coconut 🍠 1 Cup chopped pecans or walnuts 🍠 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar 🍠 1 Cup sweetened dried cranberries 🍠 8 Whole sweet potatoes 🍠 Ground cinnamon DIRECTIONS 🍠 Prepare cinnamon maple butter: combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Beat with electric mixer at high speed until light and fluffy. 🍠 Transfer to a small serving dish; refrigerate until ready to use. 🍠 Serve with baked sweet potatoes. Place marshmallows, coconut, pecans, turkey bacon, brown sugar, cranberries and cinnamon in small serving dishes; set aside until ready to use. 🍠 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. 🍠 Pierce sweet potatoes with fork in several places. Place potatoes about 2 inches apart on prepared baking pan. Bake 40 to 60 minutes or until tender. 🍠 Split potato tops with fork; pushing potato ends to center slightly to open. Arrange on serving platter. In her role, she will be responsible for recording, tracking and closing capital expense reports. Stacie comes to Butterball with more than 18 years of experience in accounting and finance. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, golfing, traveling and spending time with her family. Sunil Kurmana joins Butterball as an SAP Supply Chain Analyst on the Information Technology team. In his role, he will be responsible for SAP Supply Chain modules including production planning, materials and warehouse management. Sunil comes to Butterball with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and food industries. In his free time, Sunil enjoys watching his daughter play softball for her school’s Junior Varsity team, and spending time outdoors, exploring the beaches and mountains of the Carolinas with his family.
