Carelon Behavioral Health uses a predictive analytics-driven suicide prevention program to identify members at risk for a suicidal event, often catching them an average of five months before an attempt. Member Megan Phipps knows firsthand how valuable this life-saving program is, and tells her story along with Dr. Jessica Chaudhary, who created the program in 2018.
