We're proud to partner with Yelp to provide menopause benefits to their employees. By providing resources, education, and a supportive environment, Yelp is breaking down barriers and setting a new standard for menopause and perimenopause support in the workplace. Here is what they have to say about how menopause support has fostered an open dialogue and an inclusive workplace culture where employees can thrive. #Menopause #Perimenopause #MenopauseAwarenessMonth

Menopause affects millions of people globally, yet it’s still a topic surrounded by stigma and silence in many workplaces. In honor of Menopause Awareness this month, here are a few steps that organizations can take to raise menopause awareness and reduce stigma: ▫ Offer educational sessions: Host workshops to raise awareness and educate employees about menopause, its symptoms, and its impact. ▫ Create safe spaces: Foster open conversations by developing support groups or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ▫ Promote flexibility: Offer flexible working hours or remote work options to accommodate those managing symptoms. ▫ Train managers: Equip managers with the tools and knowledge to support employees going through menopause. When we embrace conversations about menopause in the workplace, we take a step toward building healthier, more inclusive environments for all employees. #menopauseawarenessmonth #menopauseatwork #letstalkaboutit

For our third annual Menopause in the Workplace report, we surveyed 2,000 millennial and Gen X women to understand menopause's impact on working women of different generations. While the majority of millennials (88%) and Gen X women (81%) agree that career growth and advancement are important to them, the report reveals that millennials have a higher concern for the impact menopause will have on their careers. Among respondents, 61% of millennials are concerned about going through menopause while working and an even higher majority are planning for such a challenge, with 75% believing management of menopause symptoms at work will be a moderate or serious challenge.
