Our latest team science paper is out re: analysis of 2 successful clinical trials using the MUC1 vaccine for colon cancer prevention. We identified biomarkers of MUC1 vaccine efficacy across post-vaccination timepoints & modeled baseline immune status as predictive of a vaccinee's subsequent response or non-response to the vaccine. With Cheryl Ainslie-Cameron, Vineet Raghu, Brian Richardson, Leah Zagore, PhD, BANUMATHI TAMILSELVAN, Jackelyn Golden Orabone, PhD, Michael Cartwright, Robert Schoen, Olja Finn and Takis Benos, with support from National Cancer Institute (NCI), Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, CWRU Systems Biology and Bioinformatics , University of Pittsburgh, and the clinical trial sites, teams and participants.
