CCG Residential Construction's project Waldorf Station Apartments is making substantial strides.   Once finished, this Class-A residential development in Waldorf, MD will feature 302 apartments across eight buildings, complemented by top-of-the-line amenities including a resort-style pool, expansive clubhouse, co-working and social engagement lounge, fitness facilities, vehicle charging stations, and a dog park and pet spa.   Currently, the roof is being installed on Building 1, alongside ongoing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins. Building 2 is undergoing framing, while footings are being developed for Building 3. CCG Residential Construction has hit the ground running on Waldorf Station Apartments!   The site has been brought to grade, and the site work is well underway, with the last of the utilities being installed. Situated upon a wharf in the historic Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore, Elms Fells Point is a multifamily podium building that draws on the character and liveliness of the famous waterfront. The 285-unit building partially repurposes the original Wolfe Street warehouse with a three-story addition placed on top featuring design elements as a nod to the classic rowhomes of Fells and the industrial history of the area. Equipped with luxury amenities, Elms Fells Point offers scenic views across the Patapsco River from its terraces with a connection to the pedestrian friendly Baltimore Promenade below.

Last month, Chesapeake's Women in Construction group held a site tour at CCG Residential Construction's Eagle Park Vistas and Villages project located in Hanover, MD. The event allowed the women of Chesapeake to come together to explore a multi-family project and connect with one another. This associate resource group focuses on career growth and development through internal and external training, mentorship, group discussions, and team building. Once complete, Eagle Park will feature two 3-story affordable housing buildings, one 4-story senior living building, and a community center. Last week, CCG Residential Construction proudly celebrated the topping out of Eagle Park Vistas and Villages located in Hanover, MD. This significant milestone marks major progress towards the completion of Eagle Park, which will feature two new affordable housing, 3-story wood-framed multi-family buildings and 4-story senior living building. Currently, in the Villages section, drywall installation is complete, and casework installation in the unit interiors has begun. The Community building's framing is finished, and interior MEP rough-in will commence soon. Meanwhile, in the Vistas, we have successfully installed roof trusses and roof sheathing, and are nearing completion of the exterior ZIP wall system and window installation. Project Update | Aura   Aura is making exciting progress! Once complete, this 6-story, 570,639 SF apartment building for Klein Enterprises and The Dolben Company, Inc. will be the newest multi-family development in Prince George's County.   All buildings have topped out, and the last building is currently receiving its roofing. Inside, the mock-up unit is complete with all finishes and appliances. Project Update | Eagle Park Vistas and Villages CCG Residential Construction is making substantial progress of Eagle Park Vistas and Villages. Located in Hanover, MD and designed by Moseley Architects, this multi-family project will total 120 units distributed between three buildings. The Villages will feature two 3-story wood-framed buildings with 48 units, while the Vistas will be a 4-story, 74,900-square-foot senior living building with 72 single-family apartments.   Currently, we're focused on the MEP rough-in for the garden-style apartments and framing the second floor of the senior living Vistas building.
