Construction is underway for the Depot 499 Apartments in Apex, North Carolina! The multi-family development with The Halle Companies consists of two 5-story buildings and a standalone clubhouse within a mixed-use district. The first 270-unit building under construction will feature high-end amenities on the ground floor with access to a courtyard, in-ground pool, grilling pavilion and lawns. The ground floor also includes a large club room, theater, game room, pet spa, fitness center and bike storage. A fifth floor amenity overlooks the courtyard with an outdoor terrace. Construction is underway for Aura Fifty4 in Durham, North Carolina! The 250-unit multi-family development, located at Route 54 and Farrington Road, includes a 10,000-square-foot two-story volume clubhouse and leasing office, coworking spaces, a resort-style pool, a small green and a dog park. Ci is providing architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics, and branding services for this exciting project, estimated to be completed in Spring 2025. The IDEXX Horizon Center, a 114,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Scarborough, Maine, features research and development labs and an expansive warehouse component with cold and freezer storage and 40-foot-high ceilings. Supporting office spaces and a full-size cafeteria enhance the facility’s amenities. This exciting project bolsters future growth for IDEXX, a biotechnology research company developing and manufacturing diagnostic tests. Its mission is to ensure the safety of milk and water around the world and maintain the health and well-being of livestock, poultry, and horses.
