A Game Changer for U.S. Solar! 🇺🇸 ☀️ Active Surfaces, a Woburn-based startup, is taking solar energy to the next level. Their ultra-thin, flexible solar collectors can turn any surface into a power source: roofs, walls, backpacks, cars, even satellites! 🚀 🔋 Unlike traditional solar panels mostly made in China, this breakthrough technology can be manufactured entirely in the U.S. That means energy independence + cutting-edge innovation! With $5.6M in funding and a new manufacturing plant, they’re gearing up for big things. By 2028, they aim to produce 100 megawatts of solar power per year—enough for 80,000 homes! 🏡 Could this be the second chance the U.S. solar industry needs? #SolarPower #RenewableEnergy #CleanTech #Innovation #ClimateAction #SustainableFuture #ctoalumnisuccess
