  • August 17th is designated National Non-Profit Day - a time to spotlight and elevate the invaluable work non-profits do every day to support those in need across all of our communities! Community Care Partners celebrates the 4 esteemed non-profits that comprise our organization: Bay Cove Human Services, Vinfen, Justice Resource Institute, and Mystic Valley Elder Services. Without these partnerships and the dedication of our care teams across all 4 Member Organizations, CCP would not be able to fulfill its mission of improving the health and wellness of MassHealth members across our state.

  • CCP is proud to be a consortium of 4 leading community-based organizations: Vinfen, Bay Cove Human Services, Justice Resource Institute, and Mystic Valley Elder Services. Our member organizations offer rich histories of serving those most in need in communities across Massachusetts, including specialty populations such as those with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, development disabilities, pediatrics, the elderly, and the homeless. Our Bay Cove Human Services partners recently posted a video tour of their CASPAR shelters, which are part of an array of comprehensive services available to those affected by substance use disorders.
