Building future leaders starts early! We spent an afternoon with preschoolers at the Virginia Crossland Early Childhood Center, introducing them to construction through fun, hands-on activities. Who knows—we may have sparked the interest of the next generation of #FutureBuilders! Our team also visited Columbus High School's Career Day, connecting with students about career paths in construction. From freshmen to seniors, we shared what it's like working in the field and what it takes to market a billion-dollar company. A big thank you to Virginia Crossland Early Childhood Center and Columbus High School for having us—it was a great day! #CrosslandCares https://lnkd.in/gFvZ7fFm

The 2nd annual Crossland Games is in the books! Big congrats to Team Paint for taking home the win! We had a fun day filled with friendly competition, and teamwork as four teams—Team Paint, Brick, Drywall, and Red Iron—gave it their all in a series of fair-style games! From ring toss and sack races to hula hoops and the inflatable obstacle course, everyone came to play!

Landing the Pittsburg State University Kansas Technology Center project in 1997 was a turning point for Crossland. This $25 million job, five times larger than anything we'd done before, gave us the confidence to take on even bigger challenges. Now, with the facility renamed in our honor, it’s a powerful symbol of partnership and community building. Our growth has been intertwined with PSU’s, fueled by the talented graduates who’ve shaped our company. This donation celebrates our employees, many of whom proudly call themselves PSU Gorillas. #OAGAAG (Read article at link in comments below.)
