About us
The Dallas 2030 District, a 501(c)(3) is a private-public initiative, a partnership of property owners/managers, local businesses and service providers, and community stakeholders.The District is committed to creating a high-performance building district in Central Dallas, which will increase building asset value, improve tenant occupancy rates, save operational and utility costs, create jobs and stimulate the local economy. This 2030 District will make Dallas a leader in creating a environmentally sustainable, resilient, vibrant and healthy city. The rapidly growing district currently has 32+ million square feet of central Dallas properties signed up. The goal of the Dallas 2030 district is to cost-effectively and collaboratively reduce the environmental impact of building construction and operation. The Dallas 2030 District aims to reduce water and energy consumption by 50% by 2030.
