Our teams are hard at work meeting with local agent partners explaining all they need to know about the upcoming enrollment season--we come to you and have deep, impactful discussions on topics and products that are often complex and multi-layered. We enjoy these in-person meetings all across our service areas to explain more about our health plans! Yesterday was a great day in Madison! Thanks to many of our sales team for their hard work including Jerry Melgar, Lisa D., Stacy Alness, and Michael Weber!

Our back to school drive--powered by our Hola ERG (Employee Resource Group) was a fun way to make sure students have all they need in their backpacks 🎒 📚 to start classes on a positive note!

🌈 It's always fun with friends! This past weekend we had a great time out at Madison's Outreach Magic Festival as one of the sponsors of the event. We appreciate members of our Pride Employee Resource Group and other colleagues for helping to coordinate and staff our booth.

Earlier this week our company gathered together for some delicious food and fun during a food truck extravaganza! 🌮 🥪 🍧 It was followed by a special town hall event where we embraced a new mission + purpose: "To better your life with care in the moments that matter: personal, connected, cared for." We can't wait to embark on this journey with our members, colleagues, and community partners.

Last week we joined NAMI Dane County for their walk kickoff event! It was a beautiful day to gather and listen to various partners about why funding and supporting mental health resources matters more than ever. Thank you to Jeena Breunig who is our walk captain, Lindsay Wallace for sharing more about why our organization supports NAMI and how we make sure mental health is a top priority at Dean Health Plan, Inc. and Ben Reagan and Naz Tareghian from the Customer Call Center who lost a colleague to suicide a few years ago and are committed to raising awareness of mental health access and supporting the efforts of NAMI Dane County.
