Element enters 2025 energized and ready for the next chapter, building on our 15-years of human-centered innovation! 15 years ago in San Francisco, Amit Thakkar founded Element with a mission: to craft impactful user experiences for government and commercial sectors with an unwavering commitment to efficiency and excellence. 15 years, five DC offices, and numerous contracts later- we are still committed to that mission, and we are honored to share some of our accomplishments with you today as we look back on our 15 years of work. Element has supported CMS for over 15 years and expanded to support FEMA, OPM and IRS. Along the way, we’ve been recognized for two years by Elev8 GovCon from OrangeSlices AI for #DoingItTheRightWay, affirming our pursuit of excellence and placing us among the distinguished leaders of the Federal GovCon sector. In 2022, we started our next-generation lab, where we are inspiring a fresh generation of change agents dedicated to government service. Over 15 college students have participated in the program, gaining hands-on experience in software engineering, marketing, UX/UI, and more! With each passing year, we are proud to see our mission become a reality in our work, and we would like to thank everyone who has brought our vision to life through their hard work and dedication! We're doing good this season. This fall, Element donated computers to KindWorks as a part of the KindWorks Digital Empowerment Initiative. This project provides underserved communities with the technology they need to access employment opportunities, education, government services, and more. By helping KindWorks to provide tech to those in need, we are working to do our part to increase community members’ access to services and improve digital literacy! #charity #donate #support

We are excited to introduce the newest member of our Element team- Oleksandr Leshko! Oleksandr is joining us as a Senior SDET with 7+ years of Software Testing and Automation. Most recently in his work at Cigna, Oleksandr spearheaded the development and implementation of an automation framework, which reduced testing time and boosted test coverage. On why he chose Element: “I joined Element to drive impactful change in government services through automation and testing, ensuring reliable, user-friendly solutions for all. We’re thrilled to introduce Parwinder as the newest member of our Element team! Parwinder previously served as a senior digital architect at a healthcare company, where he contributed to a program designed to give customers convenient access to their health records. It’s a perfect fit for him to join us as a FHIR Implementation Specialist on our Beneficiary Claims Data API/Data at the Point of Care program at CMS OEDA.
