Our Sorrento project in Fairfax, VA is a beautiful structure including 306 luxury apartments housed in an 8-story structure. Located in Alexandria, VA, this office turned mid-rise multifamily facility features 5 stories, encompassing 81 units. Each level has a unique floor design with a large outdoor terrace. We’re proud to showcase our Parkview at Peachtree project! This mid-rise multifamily property consists of two residential buildings, a four-story parking garage, and a structural steel pedestrian bridge.
